This initiative focused on mitigating concerns such as leader power misuse, low motivation, engagement issues, reported conflicts, trust-related challenges, high stress levels, and low resilience among staff. The approach incorporated the application of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs and Thomas Kilmann's Conflict Mode Instrument to analyze and tackle these issues systematically. Additionally, the recommendations encompassed measures to enhance team dynamics, promote a positive work culture, and implement tailored support mechanisms to foster employee well-being and organizational resilience.
